SENT System
Comprehensive support in monitoring the transport of sensitive goods.
How can we help you?
01. Audit and Compliance Verification
We begin our support with an in-depth analysis of your product range. We check whether the CN codes of raw materials or finished products require reporting. We precisely determine your role in the process - whether as sender, receiver, or carrier - and verify your current operational model for regulatory compliance.
02. Process Implementation and Automation
The SENT registration process can be complex, which is why we take over communication through the PUESC platform. Our support includes:
- Proper authorization of personnel to handle submissions.
- Supervision of completing, sending, and updating entries in the registry.
- Development of dedicated procedures and practical checklists for logistics teams, minimizing the risk of errors in every transport.
03. Ongoing Support and Crisis Management
In daily operations, we provide assistance in resolving non-standard issues. We advise on how to act in case of SENT system failures or unexpected events on the route, such as transshipment or a change of transport mode. Our goal is to ensure the continuity of your business regardless of technical obstacles.
04. Representation in Proceedings
If your company faces administrative penalties, we offer professional legal representation. We assess the validity of imposed sanctions and represent clients in disputes with tax authorities, aiming to have them revoked or minimized.

Your questions — our answers
01. What is the SENT system?
The Electronic Transport Monitoring System (SENT) is an advanced control tool in operation since 2017. Its main goal is to tighten the tax system by requiring the mandatory reporting of so-called sensitive goods transported within the country. At LTCA, we help companies navigate this complex regulatory framework, minimizing the risk of heavy financial penalties and disruptions in the supply chain.
02. Who is subject to obligations under the SENT system?
The sending entity is responsible for initiating the procedure and submitting the report before the goods are dispatched. The receiving entity is obliged to confirm receipt of the goods in the system, which completes the monitoring process.
03. What changes are coming to the list of sensitive goods in 2026?
Currently, the SENT system monitors, among other things, fuels, ethyl alcohol, tobacco leaves, solvents, medicinal products, and selected food items such as poultry meat and vegetable oils. This list continues to grow. Starting from 17 March 2026, the system will also cover the transport of clothing and accessories (CN 61 and 62), used clothing, and footwear (CN 64). Moreover, the legislator plans to include the transport of concrete in the system as well.
