He specializes in estate planning and economic criminal law.
His practice also covers business succession, asset protection, the execution of wills, and succession management. Additionally, he provides expert support in legal dispute communication.
He is the author of some of the first publications on enterprise enforcement clauses, succession management, and family foundations. He is also an academic lecturer.
For over 20 years, he has worked as a journalist, commentator, and media expert on legal and economic matters, with a distinctive practical approach. He is a former head of the Law and Tax Department at Rzeczpospolita (the so-called “yellow pages”). He is the creator of the program “Blajer mówi: Biznes” (TVN CNBC Biznes, TVN CNBC, BIZNES24) — one of the first television programs for entrepreneurs. On TVN24 BIS (TVN24 Biznes i Świat) he hosted the programs “Bilans” and “Biznes dla ludzi”. He is also the author of the program “Antykryzys Poradnik” on business management during epidemic risk periods.
He has received special awards from the Business Centre Club (BCC), the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development (PARP), and the National Council of Attorneys-at-law.
He is fluent in English.
