Paulina is Business Training Director at LTCA Academy.
She began her professional career in 2010 at MDDP, where she successfully carried out numerous sales projects in the areas of taxes, finance and accounting, management, and law. In 2013–2014 she was promoted to a managerial position, within which she created and implemented the company's strategic goals and was responsible for overseeing complex, high-budget training and advisory projects. In 2016 she built from scratch – together with her team – the rapidly growing ADN Conference Centre. She supervised its operations and results achieved. In 2017–2021 she worked at ADN Podatki Tax Advisory Company, where she was responsible for coordinating all activities related to the company's operations, including planning new business areas and conducting commercial negotiations. From 2022 to 2025 she served as Director of the Closed Training Division at ADN Academy.
She is a graduate of SGH Warsaw School of Economics, and participated in postgraduate studies at Kozminski University.
The most important values in her daily work are quality, professionalism, and alignment with clients' needs and requirements.
Within LTCA she is responsible for building an offer of training sessions on business/soft skills, AI, and cybersecurity. She also supports in-company projects.
