Marlena is an HR specialist.
She graduated in Management with a specialisation in Human Resources Management from the Social Academy of Sciences in Warsaw.
She gained her first experience at domestic HR companies, dealing with personnel and payroll matters.
At LTCA she is responsible for maintaining personnel files and HR documentation, coordinating and carrying out activities related to employee matters, and performing administrative and office duties.
