Marcin is an advocate, tax advisor, and Managing Partner at LTCA.
He holds a Law degree from Maria Curie-Skłodowska University in Lublin and completed his advocate training at the District Bar Association in Warsaw.
Marcin is an expert in business and tax law, with extensive experience in legal and tax risk management. He has built his career at both domestic and international consulting firms and specializes in income tax and the implementation of tax compliance procedures.
Marcin has successfully represented clients in over 100 proceedings, including tax, administrative, and penal fiscal cases.
Under his leadership, the LTCA team has consistently earned top awards in the prestigious rankings of Rzeczpospolita and Dziennik Gazeta Prawna.
He is a seasoned lecturer and speaker on postgraduate courses and at over 900 training sessions, including on income tax, VAT, tax procedure, transfer pricing, withholding tax, mergers and acquisitions, and compliance.
He is also a prolific author of numerous specialist legal and tax publications.
Marcin is fluent in English.
