Łukasz is an attorney-at-law and a tax advisor.
He completed his attorney-at-law training at the Rzeszów Bar Association of Attorneys-at-law and postgraduate studies in tax advisory at the Faculty of Law of the University of Białystok.
He has been involved in tax law since 2018 and, during this time, worked for the largest legal and tax advisory firm in the Podkarpackie region.
His experience includes, in particular, ongoing tax advisory, representing clients in tax proceedings as well as in proceedings before administrative courts and the Supreme Administrative Court, with a particular focus on VAT. He also prepares transfer pricing documentation, develops internal procedures and tax strategies (including in the areas of transfer pricing, VAT due diligence, and withholding tax), conducts tax audits related to transfer pricing documentation obligations and VAT due diligence, and delivers tax training courses and webinars.
At LTCA, he is involved in projects related to ongoing tax advisory.
