Katarzyna is Sales Manager at LTCA Academy. She specialises in selling closed-format training sessions and access to LTCA Academy. She is responsible for conducting commercial negotiations and planning new business areas.
Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Łódź.
She gained professional experience working for recognised training and advisory companies, where she successfully carried out numerous sales projects. She managed large call-centre teams.
Since 2005 she has been involved in selling and organising training sessions on tax law, labour law, and the development of managerial competencies and personal effectiveness. In collaboration with outstanding experts she carries out training projects for the largest Polish and foreign corporations.
Thanks to her long-standing experience in client relations, she has the ability to communicate effectively and resolve conflicts efficiently.
