Kajetan is an advocate, a VAT expert, and Partner at LTCA.
He graduated in Law from the University of Warsaw and completed his advocate training at the District Bar Association in Warsaw.
Kajetan gained his professional experience at one of Poland's largest law firms and within an international tax and restructuring consultancy. His background includes providing ongoing tax advisory services and conducting numerous tax audits.
He specializes in advising clients within the construction, transport, manufacturing, and commercial sectors. Currently, he is responsible for day-to-day legal and tax advisory for both domestic and international clients, with a primary focus on VAT.
Kajetan has authored several hundred applications for individual tax rulings and statistical classifications of goods and services.
He is also a prolific author of numerous publications on tax law, specializing in VAT taxation.
He is fluent in English.
