Daniel is a tax advisor and Partner at LTCA.
He holds a Law degree from the University of Szczecin and is currently a PhD candidate at Kozminski University in Warsaw.
Daniel has been practicing as a tax advisor since 2011. His professional background includes a career in tax administration, where he represented Poland in international tax panels, including the Visegrad Group and the Council of the Baltic Sea States.
He specializes in CIT, VAT and real property tax, providing strategic advice to companies in the real estate, automotive, transport, FMCG, and IT sectors. Daniel has extensive experience representing clients in tax proceedings, as well as in cases before administrative courts and the Supreme Administrative Court.
As an expert in tax planning and restructuring, he has successfully implemented dozens of restructuring projects.
He is also a seasoned lecturer and has conducted over 500 training courses on taxation and restructuring. He is also the author of numerous publications on business taxation in Poland.
He is fluent in English.
