Bolesław has advised both Polish and international companies on some of the largest investments and construction disputes in Poland. He has represented clients in numerous high-stakes court and arbitration proceedings involving multi-million dollar claims, often characterized by extreme complexity. His professional background includes tenures at renowned Polish and international law firms, including JDP, DZP, CMS, and Hoogells.
