Arkady specialises in advisory services for private individuals and businesses. He supports clients in designing and establishing family foundations, and provides advisory services on their day-to-day operations. He advises on the choice of optimal forms of taxation and conducting business activity. He supports clients in structuring their businesses, looking for solutions that minimise the legal and tax risks of owners. He has extensive experience in conducting tax disputes. He represents clients both before tax authorities and before administrative courts at both instances. Arkady is an attorney-at-law. He completed his attorney-at-law training at the Warsaw Bar Association of Attorneys-at-law. He gained his experience at the Intervention and Proceedings Department of the Office of the Ombudsman for Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises, and at leading tax advisory firms in Poland.
