Paweł is an advocate, a member of the Warsaw Bar Association and a partner at LTCA Legal.
He graduated from Law at the University of Warsaw and completed his legal training at the the Council of the Bar in Warsaw. He is also a graduate of the American Law Center run by the University of Warsaw in cooperation with the University Florida Levin College of Law. He specialises in commercial insurance law, civil law, commercial companies law and commercial criminal law.
He has more than 10 years of experience in providing ongoing advice and legal services to companies operating in the insurance, pharmaceutical and property development markets.
His professional practice focuses mainly on conducting and resolving all types of commercial disputes. Paweł gained his experience in renowned Law Firms representing clients in several hundred court disputes, including those with multi-million litigation values and characterised by the highest degree of complexity and intricacy.
Paweł’s experience also includes advising on corporate disputes, M&A transactions and the preparation and negotiation of a wide variety of contracts.
Paweł also acts as defence attorney in criminal cases, with a particular focus on cases involving allegations of acts of unfair competition and fraud, including the participation of business entities in tax carousels.
