Marlena is a human resources specialist.
She graduated from Management with a specialization in Human Resources Management at the Social Academy of Sciences in Warsaw.
She gained her first experience in domestic HR companies, dealing with human resources and payroll.
At LTCA, she is responsible for maintaining personnel files and HR documentation, coordinating and implementing activities related to employee matters as well as performing administrative and office activities.
