She holds a degree in Administration from the University of Warsaw and in Real Estate Brokerage from Leon Koźmiński Academy.
She has many years of experience in office administration and sales.
For many years she worked for a real estate development company effectively supporting the flat sales department and customer service.
She was also involved in overall organisation and handling of training courses for medical industry.
At LTCA Academy, she is responsible for i.a. assisting the training department, customer contact, customer service, invoicing and all administrative matters.
The most important value in her daily work is quality and professionalism, as well as adaptation to the needs and requirements of the clients.
At the LTCA firm, Karolina is in charge of the LTCA Academy training platform.
