Kajetan is an attorney-at-law, expert in the field of VAT and Partner at LTCA.
He graduated in law from the University of Warsaw and completed an attorney apprenticeship at the District Bar Association in Warsaw.
He gained professional experience, among others, in one of the largest law firms in Poland and in an international tax and restructuring consultancy firm, providing ongoing tax advisory services and participating in numerous tax audits.
He specializes in advising clients operating in the construction, transport, production and commercial sectors. Currently, he is responsible for ongoing legal and tax advice, both for domestic and foreign clients, mainly in the VAT area.
He is the author of several hundred applications for individual interpretations of tax law and for statistical classification of goods and services.
Author of numerous publications in the field of tax law, especially in the field of VAT taxation.
