Diana is a manager.
She graduated in law from the Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University in Warsaw.
She gained her first professional experience as a tax consultant in a Polish tax advisory office, where she dealt mainly with issues in the field of PIT, CIT and VAT, preparing tax opinions, applications for interpretations, complaints and cassation appeals.
Then, she climbed her career ladder in an international tax advisory firm belonging to the so-called “Big Four”, in which she implemented projects mainly in the field of customs and tax inspections as well as court and administrative proceedings.
She is also experienced in reporting tax schemes (MDR) and submitting overpayment applications in the field of withholding tax (WHT).
As part of the LTCA Law Firm, she participates in projects involving ongoing tax consultancy.
