Daniel is a tax advisor and Partner at LTCA.
He graduated in law from the University of Szczecin and is in the process of PhD studies at the Kozminski University in Warsaw.
Since 2011, he has been working as a tax advisor, previously he worked in the tax administration, representing Poland, among others, in tax panels of the Visegrad Group and the Group of the Baltic Sea States.
He specializes in CIT, VAT and real estate tax. He has advised companies from the real estate, automotive, transport, FCMG and IT industries. He has represented clients in tax proceedings and proceedings before administrative courts and the Supreme Administrative Court.
Daniel is also an expert in the area of tax planning and restructuring – he has successfully implemented dozens of restructuring projects.
Experienced lecturer, he conducted over 500 training courses in the field of taxes and restructuring.
Author of many publications on the taxation of business activities in Poland.
Fluent in English.
