Grzegorz Niebudek

Grzegorz is an attorney-at-law, tax advisor and Managing Partner at LTCA.

He graduated in law from the Maria Curie Skłodowska University in Lublin and completed an attorney apprenticeship at the District Bar Association in Warsaw.

He is an experienced tax law expert, winner of prestigious rankings of Rzeczpospolita and Dziennik Gazeta Prawna in the tax litigation category, as well as in the CIT, VAT and PIT category.

Grzegorz has carried out many consulting projects, including tax planning, legal and tax risk management, restructuring processes and tax audits.

As a specialist in the field of tax procedure, he successfully conducts dozens of proceedings before tax authorities and administrative courts and represents clients in complex penal fiscal proceedings.

Lecturer at over 800 training courses in the field of law and taxes, restructuring and tax procedure.

He regularly publishes in trade and specialist press.
