Maciej is a legal advisor and an expert in the field of CIT and VAT taxes.
He graduated from the Faculty of Law at the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń and completed his legal training at the District Chamber of Legal Advisors in Warsaw. He also completed postgraduate studies in accounting and finance at the Cracow University of Economics and obtained authorisation as a tax advisor.
He has gained professional experience in, among others, tax authorities as well as international tax advisory companies and Polish law firms.
He specialises in ongoing, comprehensive advisory in the field of income taxes and VAT. He participates in complex tax advisory projects – including transactional and restructuring advisory. He represents taxpayers in tax disputes with tax administration authorities and before administrative courts.
He has gained professional experience working for, among others, tax authorities, international tax advisory companies and Polish law firms.
