Anna is a legal advisor and a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw. She completed her legal advisor’s training at the District Chamber of Legal Advisors in Warsaw. She passed the examination for insurance brokers conducted by the Polish Financial Supervision Authority.
She specialises in litigation and corporate services for business entities, in particular in the construction and transport sectors. She has professional experience in drafting and analysing business contracts. She has provided legal services to Polish and foreign entities, including those belonging to a capital group.
Anna has advised clients on significant construction investments, including those financed from public funding. She gained her professional experience in renowned Warsaw law firms, handling multi-million dollar commercial, corporate and hostile takeover disputes.
She dealt with the implementation of the GDPR (RODO), while conducting training courses on personal data protection.
She has published specialist industry publications, also for Wolters Kluwer publishing house.
She is fluent in English and Norwegian.
